For the first time, an encyclopedia "Molla Nasreddin" journal was prepared and published. The encyclopedia was prepared for publication in the Department of Press History and Journalism of ANAS Institute of Literature after Nizami Ganjavi. The editor-in-chief of the encyclopedia is Director of the Institute of Literature, academician Isa Habibbayli, the compiler and publisher is Doctor of Philology, Professor Vugar Ahmad, the editor-in-chief is Doctor of Philology Gulbaniz Babayeva, the coordinator is Doctor of Philology Mehman Hasanli.
