The attention and concern of AR President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to the field of literature showed itself once again after the Victory in the 44-day Patriotic War. Immediately after the victory, the "bulleted statues" of Uzeyir Hajibeyli, Khurshidbanu Natavan and Bulbul were taken to Shusha and placed in their previous places, the restoration of the "Kharibulbul" festival from 2021 and the state-level holding of Vagif Poetry Days are examples of the great value the head of the country has given to Azerbaijani literature and culture.

PhD in Philology Gulnar Sama, senior researcher of the press history and publicism department of the Institute of Literature named after Nizami Ganjavi of ANAS, expressed these views. She noted that holding the 11th congress of Azerbaijani writers at the state level in 2004, 12th in 2014, and 13th in 2022, as well as awarding various poets and writers with the Presidential scholarship every year is one of these steps. Brothers Maqsud and Rustam Ibrahimbeyov, Mavlud Suleymanli was given the title of "People's Writer" by the President. In 2009, our world-famous writer Chingiz Abdullayev was awarded the Order of "Fame" and the honorary title of "People's Writer" by the Decree of the President when he turned 50 years old, and in 2019, Kamal Abdulla, Natig Rasulzadeh and Afag Masuda were awarded the title of "People's Writer". which are also a manifestation of attention and care for creative people.

The scientist drew attention to the fact that the 80th anniversaries of the Azerbaijan Writers' Union and the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences were celebrated at the state level. President Ilham Aliyev has signed decrees on holding the 100th anniversaries of many of our writers. The 100th anniversary of Mir Jalal Pashayev was held on November 10, 2008 at the UNESCO residence in Paris. The decrees issued on the anniversaries of Mahsati Ganjavi, Mirza Fatali Akhundzadeh, Khurshidbanu Natavan and Mirza Alakbar Sabir are also very important in terms of promoting the classical heritage.

"According to President Ilham Aliyev's Decree "On holding the 870th anniversary of the great Azerbaijani poet and thinker Nizami Ganjavi", the "Year of Nizami Ganjavi" was announced throughout the Turkic world, and his anniversary was celebrated at the international level at TURKSOY. On January 5, 2021, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan signed an order declaring 2021 the "Year of Nizami Ganjavi" in our country in connection with the poet's 880th birthday. The opening ceremony of the statue of Imadedin Nasimi in Shamakhi took place on April 26, 2005, and the head of state participated in this great event. By the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev, 2019 was marked as the "Year of Nasimi" in Azerbaijan. These orders of the head of the country can be evaluated as his love and value for our classical literature. From 2022, the Turkish World Literature and Book Festival will be held at a high level. By the President's Order, the classical heritage was published in 100 volumes and distributed to libraries, and the works of world writers were translated and published in 150 volumes from the "Library of World Literature" series. In order to implement this process in a more advanced and faster way, by the President's Order dated May 16, 2014, the Translation Center was established under the Cabinet of Ministers," said the scientist.

G. Sama added that, the great work done by AR President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev in this direction is undeniable. The establishment of the State Prize of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the field of literature can be considered as the greatest trust for people of words. The book "Heydar Aliyev and Azerbaijani literature" prepared by the Institute of Literature (in 2010), the 6-volume journalistic novel "Heydar Aliyev: personality and time" by Elmira Akhundova (in 2014), the 10-volume works of Fikret Goca (in 2016) was awarded this award. People's writer Anar's book "Unforgettable Meetings" was awarded the Heydar Aliyev Prize.
