Ph.D. in PhilologyGunay Garayeva was appointed the head of the Education Department of ANAS Institute of Literature after Nizami Ganjavi. Gunay Garayeva has been working at the Institute of Literature since 1998.
In 2000, Garayeva Gunay Agamahommed Gizi graduated from the Faculty of Philology of Baku State University. In 2008, she defended PhD thesis on "Modern landscape lyrics", in 2014 received the degree of candidate of philological sciences and she received the scientific title of associate professor. Currently, she is working on his doctoral dissertation "Artistic symbols in 20th century Azerbaijani poetry". She has given reports at national and international conferences and her articles have been published in local and international prestigious journals. Garayeva Gunay is the author of two monographs and more than 70 scientific and journalistic articles. Gunay Garayeva is also engaged in pedagogical activities. He has been working at Baku Slavic University since 2006. She is an associate professor of the Department "Azerbaijani literature".
