On February 9, ANAS President, Academician Isa Habibbayli visited the embassy of the brotherly country in Azerbaijan in connection with the terrible earthquake that occurred in Turkey.
During the meeting with the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Turkey to Azerbaijan Cahit Bagci, ANAS head has expressed his condolences to the families and relatives of those who lost their lives as a result of the tragedy, and prayed for God's healing to the injured. He noted that, in these terrible days, like the entire Azerbaijani people, ANAS collective is in solidarity with our Turkish brothers and shares their sorrows.
ANAS President, member of Milli Majlis, Academician Isa Habibbayli wrote heartfelt words in the book of mourning on behalf of the Academy staff.
