Collecting, publishing, investigating and propagating of the azerbaijani emigration literature

It was researched the historical and theoretical problems of Azerbaijan Emigrant Literature and preapared for publication the works by Mahammad Emin Rasulzade, Alazan Bayjan, Mahammad Sadig Aran, Teymur Ateshli, Abay Dagli, Jeyhun Hajibeyli, Suleyman Tekiner for "Azerbaijan Emigration Literature Library" series of books in the department.

During the past period, 4 books by the staff of department (the monographs "Elchin and the Problems of Emigration" (Baku: Tehsil, 2014), The Poetry of Azerbaijan Emigration" (Baku, Elm ve tehsil, 2014), “Emigration and the Azerbaijan Literature in XX century” (Baku: Elm ve tehsil, 2015),a collection of articles "A great writer and thinker, Ali bey Huseynzade," (Baku: Elm, 2015) by Nikbur Jabbarly), over 80 scientific and journalistic article (including 3 articles in the foreign scientific journals) were published.

Doctor of  philology, assistant professor Vilayet Hajiyev translated the book “The Republic of Azerbaijan (historical-political essay)” (Berlin, 1930) by Hilal Munshi, one of the prominent representatives of political emigration, from the German language to Azerbaijani. This work will publish in special volume of "Azerbaijan Emigration Literature Library" series of books dedicated to Hilal Munshi.

The collaborators of the department are working onreview and portrait-essaysof multivolume “The History of Azerbaijani Literature”.

 It was essential role of the department in organizing II International scientific conference in the topic of "Azerbaijani Emigration literature: problems, realities, duties" held on 10,11 October in 2016

 The collaborators are also working on the respective part (a.p )of the VII volume of "History of azerbaijani literature", as well as on the review and portrait-essays of the IX volume dedicated to the our emigration literature of th 10 volumes "History of the azerbaijani literature".
