Professor Tahira Mammad, head of the Department of Literary Theory of the Institute of Literature after Nizami Ganjavidelivered a report on "The problem of form and content, genre in Uzeyir Hajibeyli's short dramas" at the international conference dedicated to the 135th anniversary of Uzeyir Hajibeyli.
The report discusses the methods of artistic reflection of regional and global problems of the beginning of the XX century in small-scale dramas of U.Hajibeyli, the expression of the author's ideal and the author's position, the actual moments of the plays that resonate today. At the same time, the genre classification of small plays was carried out.
In addition to speaking as a speaker, Tahira Mammad was also a member of the scientific board of the conference.
Conference materials were posted on the university website and published in book form.
