Main activity directions: The General Department carries out its activity in accordance with the Instruction on Amendments and Additions to the Decree No 569 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated July 14, 2015. The department regulates clerical work of the institution, as well as preparation, registration, operation, execution, recording and giving of the documents to archive . Clerical work is the activity on organizing documentation and work with the documents related with the implementation of its duties.The main duties of the service include receiving, registering, distributing and delivering to the executors of the documents coming directly to the clerical service by post, e-mail, fax, telephone message.
Leadership of the organization carries out monitoring to the observation of the Instruction requirements by Clerical service.
General department of the Institute of Literature named after Nizami Ganjavi of ANAS consists of the chief of department and 6 collaborators.
