Lecture weeks for doctoral and dissertation students, and interns continue at the Nizami Ganjavi Institute of Literature of ANAS.
On 20.02.2025, a report by Ph.D., Assoc. Prof. Gulbeniz Babayeva on the topic “Molla Nasreddin Literary School” was heard. On 25.02.2025, an event was held with the participation of doctoral and dissertation students of the Institute, as well as interns, in connection with the 33rd anniversary of the Khojaly tragedy. The event was opened by the Deputy Director for Scientific Affairs of the Institute, Ph.D., Assoc. Prof. Mehman Hasanli, and spoke about the Khojaly genocide, which was part of Armenia's planned ethnic cleansing policy against Azerbaijan, as well as the Garadaghly, Aghdaban, and Bashlibel massacres that took place during that period in the history of the Azerbaijani people. Then, the scientific secretary of the Institute, Ph.D., Assoc. Prof. Aygun Bagirli's report on the topic "Khojaly Tragedy in Fiction" was listened to.
On 6.03.2025, Doctor of Philology, Associate Professor Eshgana Babayeva gave a report to doctoral and dissertation students on the topic "The philosophical thought system in the work of Nejib Fazil Kisakürek". The report discussed the philosophical thought system in the work of the great Turkish poet, writer, playwright, and thinker Nejib Fazil Kisakürek, and emphasized that his philosophical views were formed in the context of Islamic metaphysics and Sufi traditions.
