It was held event on the occasion of Youth Day at the Institute of Literature named after Nizami Ganjavi of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.
The event was opened by Isa Habibbayli, a vice president of ANAS, director of the Institute of Literature named after Nizami Ganjavi. Academic noted in his speech that initiative related with celebrating Youth Day was undertaken by prominent public figure of Azerbaijani people, great leader, Heydar Aliyev. He also said that great attention and care is paid to youth by the president of the country, Mr Ilham Aliyev as a continuation of successful policy of Great Leader. He also noted that Council of Young Scientists and Professionals works successfully on this direction.
Then Eshgana Babayeva, a chief of the Council of Young Scientists and Professionals made a report about scientific activity of the Institute youth. Famin Salmanov, a chairman of the Council of Young Scientists and Professionals of ANAS, doctor of philosophy on technology highly appreciated activity of youth of the Institute of Literature named after Nizami Ganjavi.
Editor-in-chief of the Azerbaijan Writers’ Union, editor-in-chief OF 525th newspaper Rashad Majid said that during the years of independence, the Azerbaijani government has paid great attention to the youth.
Then, winners of the title "Young scientist of the year" were awarded diplomas and prizes by academician Isa Habibbeyli.
