On September 17-19, 2024, Ufa, Russian held the "XVII Forum of Creative and Scientific Intellectuals of the CIS States". At the event, Shafa Aliyeva, Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists of the Institute of Literature after ANAS Nizami Ganjavi, PhD in Philology delivered a lecture on "Innovations in art and traditional culture of Azerbaijan" (Innovations in the art and traditional culture of Azerbaijan). After the speech, which was listened to with great interest, Shafa Aliyeva answered the questions of the event participants.
The international event held in various CIS countries since 2006 will be held in Lachin, which has been chosen as the cultural capital of Azerbaijan in 2025.
