ANAS Nizami Ganjavi Institute of Literature held an event devoted on February 2 - Youth Day. Director of the Institute, Academician Isa Habibbeyli spoke on the importance of the significant day, the role played by modern youth in the social and political life of Azerbaijan and noted that attention and care for young people has always been the priority direction of the policy of AR President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev. On a special occasion, the head of the country distinguished young people who distinguished themselves in the social-political, scientific-cultural life of the republic.
Academician Isa Habibbeyli drew attention to the creation of wide opportunities for young people at the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences. He noted that a number of measures are being implemented to increase the efficiency of young people's scientific activities. From this year, 4 issues of the "Young Researcher" journal, 1 of which is in a foreign language will be published. "Young scientist of the year" award will be given at the academy next year.
Presenting the "Young Scientist of the Year" diploma to the young people distinguished by their special activity during the year at Academician Isa Habibbeyli Institute of Literature, ensuring their participation in important international and republican conferences and scientific missions, regular publication of scientific articles by young people in the institute's scientific journals, and the conditions created for young scientists and talked about opportunities.
At the end of the event, Academician Isa Habibbayli presented awards to the young scientists who distinguished in the social and cultural life of the Institute of Literature and the Republic in recent years. Shafa Aliyeva, Aysel Gurbanova, Nurlana Mammadova, Shahana Aliyeva and Gulnar Yunusova from the young employees of ANAS Institute of Literature after Nizami Ganjavi were selected as "Young Scientist of the Year" and awarded with special diplomas.
