Acquisition of the status of national and moral values, including literature, which have historically ensured the longevity of states, as the basic principles of independent Azerbaijani statehood, is, as is well known, a priority of the management system of the great leader Heydar Aliyev. However, the more active and comprehensive involvement of literature in the process was due not only to its management system, but also to its longevity and interest, and its inexhaustible love for literature.
