In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the declaration of 2021 as the "Year of Nizami Ganjavi" in the Central Scientific Library of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS), dedicated to the 880th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding representative of world literature, the genius Azerbaijani poet and thinker Nizami Ganjavi competition was held.
In the competition, which was attended by employees of different departments of MEK, videos in Azerbaijani and foreign languages, scientific articles about Nizami Ganjavi's work, and materials for the investigation of facts unknown to science in Nizami's work were presented.
Later, the winners of the competition were determined and it was emphasized that this type of competitions will continue in the future in MEK.
Associate Professor Zahra Allahverdiyeva and others who participated in the competition as judges expressed their deep gratitude to the MEK employees who participated in the competition for the value they gave to the heritage of Nizami Ganjavi and to those who contributed to the completion of the competition.
