By the initiative of the Southern Azerbaijani Literature Department of the Writers' Union of Azerbaijan a new book "Valley of Thought" by Rahid Ulusel, a Senior Researcher of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, member of the International Federation of Philosophical Societies has published by publishing house "Bahar Doxt" in Tabriz.
