Guided by clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in order to ensure a worthy celebration of the 140th anniversary of great master of speech Muhammed Hadi,I hereby:
1. Taking into account the proposals of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, Writers’ Union of Azerbaijan to conduct and implement an action plan dedicated to the 140th anniversary of the poet-thinker Muhammed Hadi.
2. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan to resolve issues stemming out this Order.
