By the order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on awarding the staff of Baku State University dated November 25, 2019, Doctor of Philology, Professor Alkhan Bayram Mammadov was awarded “Tereggi” Medal for his contribution to the development of education and science in Azerbaijan and оn the occasion of 100th anniversary of Baku State University.
