A conference on “The Savior of Our National Statehood” dedicated to June 15 – National Salvation Day was held jointly organized by the Heydar Aliyev Center of Yasamal district and the youth and sports sector of the Baku City Youth and Sports Department for Yasamal district.
Representatives of state agencies, employees of scientific and educational institutions and students participated in the event.
The participants first listened to the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan and commemorated the dear memory of the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev and our heroes who died for the freedom of our lands with a minute of silence.
The event was addressed by Ilham Safarov, head of the youth and sports sector of the Baku City Youth and Sports Department for Yasamal district, and other guests.
The conference featured a report by Shafa Aliyeva, PhD in Philology, Deputy Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists of ANAS, Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists of the Nizami Ganjavi Institute of Literature, on “The Scientific and Political Vision of Great Leader Heydar Aliyev in the Formation of Statehood and Scientific Youth”. The report analyzed the scientific foundations of the ideology of national statehood of Great Leader Heydar Aliyev, the role of this heritage in the formation of youth in the spirit of patriotism, as well as the model of thought in the strategic unity of science and politics.
Turana Jabbarzadeh and Gumral Mirzayeva, employees of the Nizami Ganjavi Institute of Literature of ANAS, also participated in the event.
