With the return of the national leader of the Azerbaijani people, great leader Heydar Aliyev to the leadership of Azerbaijan in 1993, the country's socio-political, social, economic, scientific and cultural life, international relations changed, and the process of building an independent state in accordance with international norms and principles began.
In this regard, an event was held at the Central Library of the Centralized Library System of Binagadi district on June 15 - National Salvation Day. Mahira Guliyeva, Doctor of Philology, Professor, Head of the Early New Period Department of the Institute of Literature after Nizami Ganjavii delivered a paper at the event.
