Scientific Council of the Institute of Literature held annual reporting meeting for report 2022

ANAS Nizami Ganjavi Institute of Literature held a meeting of the Scientific Council dedicated to the results for 2022.

Members of the council, heads of individual departments of the institute and Academician Rafael Huseynov attended the event and opened the Academic Council.

Academician Isa Habibbeyli talked about the Action Plan on the declaration of 2023 as the "Year of Heydar Aliyev" in the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as the measures regarding the declaration of Shusha by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan as the "Cultural Capital of the Turkic World" for 2023.

Then, Sara Osmanli, the senior researcher of the Department of Azerbaijan Literature of the 20th century (soviet period), Doctor of Philology, was awarded the Honorary Decree of the institute on the occasion of her 75th anniversary.

Scientific secretary of the Institute of Literature, PhD in Philology, Associate Professor Aygün Bagırli presented the annual scientific report of the mentioned scientific institution for 2022, the work done during the year, especially the decrees and orders of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the decisions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as State Programs. provided information about the performance of works assigned to scientific institutions. In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev dated January 5, 2022 on the declaration of 2022 as the "Year of Shusha", he informed the participants about the measures implemented by the institute. He said that during the year, the employees of the institute conducted research on one direction, 8 problems, 20 topics and 145 cases, 109 cases were completed, and work on 36 cases is ongoing. A report on the activity of the institute on international relations was also presented.
