If we take a general look at the history of the planet we live in and the peoples of the entire earth, each human life can be seen as just a "moment" in the global information environment. However, whatever fills that 'moment' affects the planet and all living things. We understand our whole life struggle in this "moment", search for meaning and live it. Farida Hijra's scientific and poetic creativity as well as her social activities combine her position as a citizen scientist and intelligent woman into a "moment" called war. And this "moment" is not just a "moment", but a "moment" that will affect the world and humanity painfully, it is the mission of publicist writer, poetess and veteran of the First Karabakh War, Farida Hijran, as well as a citizen-scientist mission.

Farida Hijran (Farida Talib gizi Valiyeva) is a folklorist scientist, doctor of philosophy in philology, senior researcher of the "Literature of Turkic peoples" department of the Nizami Ganjavi Institute of Literature of ANAS. He is a member of the Council of the State Committee on Family, Women and Children's Problems of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Union of Writers of Azerbaijan.
