Main scientific achievements: Study and popularization of the great Russian writer I.S.Turgenev in Azerbaijan were the basic points in the monograph "Everlasting shining beauty." It also dealt with the problem of translation of the works by this writer into the Azerbaijani language. In this connection, I have developed and put forward my ideas as per the creation of the artistic images and transferring of untranslatable text elements. In the monograph "Romantic Landscape in Literature" we have investigated typological problems of artistic and aesthetic essence and structure of the social function of a romantic landscape in the literature.
