The Azerbaijan Cultural Center under the embassy of our country in Turkey implements projects related to the introduction, research and promotion of the heritage of the genius poet and thinker Nizami Ganjavi.
In this context, the famous orientalist-scientist, Professor Yevgeny Bertels' work "The great Azerbaijani poet Nizami", which tells about the life and work of the genius Nizami Ganjavi, was translated from Azerbaijani to Turkish. The work was translated into Turkish by Dr. Imdat Avsar, the editor-in-chief of the "Turkish Literature" magazine in Turkey, who has great experience in the field of translation.
It is planned to present the book published in Turkey, as well as to send it as a gift to leading libraries and scientific research institutions.
It should be noted that Yevgeny Bertels's work "The Great Azerbaijani Poet Nizami" is considered a great service to a wide readership interested in systematic studies and the creativity of the thinking poet. Along with Nizami Ganjavi, he studied the works of Alishir Navai, Abdurahman Jami, Sadi Shirazi, Firdovsi and other prominent personalities.
