The establishment of Karabakh University by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev is a valuable historical event of significant socio-political importance in the modern life of our country. This is a bright page of the great chronicle of the Great Return movement, which was successfully continued after the historical Victory won in the Patriotic War - the Karabakh War by the Iron Fist of the Victorious Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev. Karabakh University is the biggest password for revival of new life in our lands freed from occupation. Karabakh University is the locomotive of resettlement and great development in Karabakh.
Karabakh University is the main and largest scientific and cultural center of Karabakh. There is no doubt that Karabakh University will also turn Karabakh into one of the main science and education centers of our country and the world, and Khankendi into a city of youth. Karabakh University will be the Mother's cradle of the patriotic generations of Azerbaijan who convey the truths of Karabakh to the world in the light of Heydar Aliyev - Ilham Aliyev's ideals of independent statehood, preserve "all-Karabakh" forever as the apple of their eye, and create a new saga in Karabakh.
In a short period of time, the large-scale preparatory work carried out at a high level by the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan provides a full basis for the development of Karabakh University towards big goals, starting from the first academic year. The Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences considers it an honorable duty to provide all possible support for the further development of Karabakh University.
The opening of Karabakh University is the biggest event in our country's century-long educational history.
