Academician Isa Habibbeyli's book "Innovative in every sense" (2014), second - improved edition dedicated to the life and work of well-known poet, writer, publicist Rashad Majid was published.
In the first section of the publication "Biographical pages of Rashad Majid", it is mentioned the important moments of the writer's life and creative path, that his activities were awarded prestigious literary and state awards, his works were translated into Turkish, Russian, Italian, Georgian languages and music was composed for a number of his poems.
In the "Lyricism + epic notes" section of the book, Rashad Majid's poems are valued as an original artistic expression of a lyrical-romantic view of life: "The lyrics of Rashad Majid, one of the well-known representatives of Azerbaijani poetry of the period of independence, is an important artistic eventcreated based on the organic connection of deep lyricism and epic notes".
Academician I. Habibbeyli emphasizes that the lyricism dictated by the fairy-tale poetic development in Rashad Majid's poems has become an expression of a poetic view of life as well as wisdom and modernity.
In the section "Novel" and its poetics" there is a word about Rashad Majid's poetry series of the same name: "His lyrical-epic poems serve as a bridge for the transition to "Novel". "Roman" is an original work with a completely lyrical-epic character. Of course, Rashad Majid tentatively called this work "Novel". In our opinion, this work, called "Roman" by Rashad Majid is a lyric-epic poem in terms of genre.
The book's "Creative in all aspects" section "About Rashad Majid" contains the opinions of prominent literary and artistic figures.
And in the end - in the chapter with the same name as the book, Rashad Majid is characterized in all aspects and is characterized as a well-known Azerbaijani intellectual who served the ideal of Azerbaijan with honor and responsibility, accepted by all layers of society, and one of the main creators of the Azerbaijani lyric-epic poetry of the independence period.
In "Moments of Life", photos of R. Majid taken at important events with prominent literary and artistic figures were presented.
The editor-in-chief of the book published by the "Science and Education" publishing house is Ph.D. in Philology, associate professor Agahuseyn Shukurov.
