The Institute of Eurasian Turkic Countries of South Korea's Dongduk Women's University has published a unique 8-volume work entitled "Encyclopedia of Turkish Humanities".
This publication covers the language, literature, history, art of the countries of the Turkic world (Turkey, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tatarstan, Bashkortostan, Altai, Khakassia, Tuva and Sakha Republic (RF), as well as China's Xinjiang-Uyghur Autonomous Region). it covers fields of science such as geography, folklore and religion.
"Encyclopedia of Turkish humanities" is considered the result of a fundamental scientific project implemented with the financial support of the Korean National Research Foundation in 2018-2023.
The 8-volume edition in Korean contains a total of 4,500 pages and provides detailed descriptions of more than 2,000 concepts.
The encyclopedia is freely distributed in both print and electronic form.
