Nakhchivan hosted the inaugural "Return to Western Azerbaijan" festival and "Road to Western Azerbaijan" convention on November 23-24. Doctors of Philology Tahira Mammad, Parvana Isayeva and PhD in Philology Aygun Bagirli of the Nizami Ganjavi Institute of Literature, attended the "Return to Western Azerbaijan" festival, delivered addresses at the "The Way to Return to West Azerbaijan" congress.
It should be noted that the West Azerbaijan festival-congress was organized by the Authorized Representation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Science and Education, Nakhchivan State University, the West Azerbaijan Community, and intellectuals from West Azerbaijan in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
A musical program comprising compositions, songs, and traditional samples was featured in the event.
