On October 24, Javid's House Museum of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan held the presentation of "Javid Study" the 31st and 32nd volumes of the multivolume, devoted to the 141st anniversary of the great Azerbaijani poet, playwright and thinker Huseyn Javid.
The presentation ceremony, which was attended by textual scholars from Turkey, Kazakhstan, Hungary, Poland and Russia, heads of house-museums operating in Baku and prominent Javaists, was opened by the scientific director of the multi-volume volume, ANAS President, Academician Isa Habibbeyli.
The head of ANAS noted that the preparation of the scientific biography of Huseyn Javid, as well as the creation of the "Huseyn Javid encyclopedia" are among the planned goals related to literature.
At the end of his speech, Academician Isa Habibbayli said that the ideas of Turanism and Turkism, reflected in Huseyn Javid's works and thoughts 100 years ago, have become a reality today and the Turkic world has secured its economic, political, scientific, and cultural unity under the name of the Organization of Turkic States.
Speaking later, Academician Teymur Karimli, General Director of ANAS Institute of Manuscripts after Muhammad Fuzuli noted that the "Javid Study" research collection is a perfect manifestation of the unity of Huseyn Javid's creativity and personality. He pointed out that the next volumes of the collection, which were presented in 2018-2019, were collected in the periodical press in the country and abroad. The scientist noted that the authors who studied Javid's works in both volumes have both literary studies, art studies, text studies, source studies, folklore studies, philosophy, etc. materials reflecting the study from his point of view have been included. He emphasized that from this point of view, it is possible to characterize these volumes of the "Javid Study" collection, like the previous volumes, as a collection of multidisciplinary studies.
The presentation ceremony was attended by the head of the Javid Study Department of the Javid's House Museum, Philologist, Prof. Gulshan Aliyeva-Kengerly and senior researcher at ANAS Nizami Ganjavi Institute of Literature. Doctor of Philosophy Lutvia Asgarzadeh also spoke about the scientific significance of these volumes of the collection and noted that the museum’s activities in this direction are a great service not only to Java studies, but also to our humanities as a whole.
Compiler of both presented volumes and author of "Foreword" is Director of Huseyn Javid's House Museum, Honored Cultural Worker, Doctor of Philology Gulbeniz Babakhanli first thanked the guests. Then, he gave information about the books published by the Museum in the current year. She emphasized that the 6 book with different names published this year, including the 31st-32nd volumes of the presented "Javidshunaslig" collection are also a gift to the "Year of Heydar Aliyev". Gulbeniz Babakhanli said that it was as a result of the attention and care of the National Leader that Azerbaijan Javid Study was able to rise to the current stage. She noted that these volumes of the collection, like other publications of the museum are important in terms of studying Huseyn Javid's legacy and promoting it among young people. According to he , the articles included in these volumes are a valuable reference source for contemporary Javid scholars.
