A series of articles were published in the foreign press on the 60th anniversary of Vugar Ahmad, the head of the Department of Press History and Publicism of the Institute of Literature named after Nizami Ganjavi of ANAS, Doctor of Philology, Professor, Academician of the International Academy of Sciences, People's Poet of Turan. Likewise, the article "Poet-scholar Vugar Ahmed" and selected poems translated from her poetry by Ph.D. in Philology, translator Mesma Ismayilova were published in English in "Global Literature" journal in Pakistan (August 14, 2023). The same author's jubilee article "Spring of Life: Vugar Ahmed" (in English) has been made available to the readers of the brotherly country in Turkey's prestigious "Kultür Evreni" magazine.
"Kultür evreni" journal (2023, No. 51) also published a large article by Ph.D. in Philology, associate Professor Gulbeniz Babayeva entitled "The Karabakh theme in the work of Vugar Ahmad".
In the scientific-literary magazine "News" of the International Academy of Science and Art (2023, No. 1), the stories "Funeral of the Actor", "Duzsatan Halima" and the poem "Azerbaijan" in Russian were made available to the readers in connection with the anniversary of Vugar Ahmad.
