The fourth volume of "Nizami Ganjavi Almanac" was published by the Institute of Literature named after Nizami Ganjavi of ANAS. The almanac is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Heydar Aliyev, the founder of the modern state of Azerbaijan, a prominent political figure.
The fourth volume of the almanac, which includes the researches of the employees of the Institution's Legal Studies Department and other scientists, was published by the decision of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Literature dated March 30, 2023.
The scientific leader of the project is the president of ANAS, academician Isa Habibbayli, the scientific editor is Nushaba Aras, corresponding member of ANAS. Responsible editors are PhDs in philology, associate professors Zahra Allahverdiyeva, Aygün Bagırlı and Yelena Teyer. The coordinators are Samira Aliyeva and Lala Pashayeva.
The fourth volume opens with academician Isa Habibbeyli's article entitled "Nizami Ganjavi's literary heritage: from Heydar Aliyev to Ilham Aliyev". A total of 16 researchers' articles on the topic were included in the publication. This edition of "Nizami Ganjavi Almanac" includes scientific articles written on the basis of more objective scientific criteria, a new view of Nizami Ganjavi's era, life and literary heritage.
It should be noted that the tradition of publishing Nizami Ganjavi almanacs began in 1940.
