Nizami Ganjavi's world-famous immortal legacy was widely spread in medieval Turkish epic poetry and had a significant impact on the development of Turkish prose literature. Prominent representatives of medieval classical Turkish poetry not only continued the advanced traditions of the great poet, approached him from the point of view of spiritual and aesthetic requirements of the time, combined the high human ideals brought by the poet to the history of artistic thought with specific features of his literature. . That is why Turkish epic poetry has always been able to show its national character, and its prominent representatives have become famous not as imitators of Nizami's traditions, but as successors, in the true sense of the word, worthy successors.
